Speed Dials
Cisco 79XX can be programmed with up to eight speed dials:

3. Click on the Call Management Tab
4. Click on the Speed Dials Tab
5. Scroll down and click the Set Speed Dial Button.
6. Your phone will activate and ask you to press the button you wish to program.
7. Press the line button you wish to program on the phone.
8. Follow the computer voice's prompts to program in the phone number you wish to be set as a speed dial.
NOTE: If you are programming a button to make an external call, you must program in the outbound dial digit (usually a 9 or an 8).

Please call your Account Representative or submit a ticket to program softkey speed dials.
Cisco 7940 phones do not have the ability to program Line button with speed dials but it is possible to program up to four softkey speed dials.
